Story of Sinking: |
The ship departed from the port of Tallinn on 23 February 1894 with the purpose of taking the cargo to Hull. On 24 February, the ship was caught in difficult ice conditions near Osmussaar Island, got a hole in the bow and foundered. The crew, 19 people managed to get to the island and a few days later they reached Tallinn (through Paldiski). |
