Story of Sinking: | The Finnish ship (captain L. U. Favorir) unexpectedly hit an unknown reef, got afloat and drifted uncontrollably downwind towards SW, where it foundered in deep waters. After a few days the rescue steamer Freja came to the site, but returned to Tallinn after fixating the situation. The crew survived and also managed to salvage some items. | ||
